Top 10 Celebrities Who Claimed Alien Encounters
Welcome to Top 10 Archive! While most of us argue whether or not we’re alone in the universe, there are those that have no question about the matter. These ten celebrities, from notable musicians to respected actors, all have their personal stories and claims of alien encounters and abductions. Are we the only intelligent life in our universe or do some of these stories tell what awaits us in the cosmos?
Though rock and roll stars are often regarded as burnt out druggies, their stories are certainly still worth listening to. In the case of alien encounters, we open our ears to Van Halen frontman, Sammy Hagar, who claims to have played host to some strange experiment. In his lengthy tell-all, Red: My Uncensored Life in Rock, Hagar talks about having been “jacked” by aliens, where they plugged him in so they could transfer data either to or from him. The rocker also recounts a time he witnessed a wheel-less car floating across a countryside field, kicking up a large dust storm.
There’s no doubting that John Lennon was a well-respected man. His time as The Beatles’ heartthrob turned him into a musical legend – so when Lennon claimed to have been visited by aliens one night, people likely listened. According to Lennon’s account, the creatures approached him one night in his apartment and had “bug-like faces,” a contradiction to popular concept of Greys with large eyes and oval-shaped heads. The xeno’s scuttled like roaches to Lennon and presented to him a golden egg-like object. After the encounter, Lennon allegedly gave the mysterious object to friend and fellow believer, Uri Geller, who believed the singer took the egg’s purpose with him to the grave, fearing its effects.
From his rise to fame to his steady decline, the life of Elvis Presley was filled with wonder and amazement. Take, for instance, the King of Rock and Roll’s belief in aliens, which, according to friend and hairstylist Larry Geller, started as early as eight-years-old. Prior to his life of fame and fortune, Presley claims to have been contacted telepathically by extraterrestrials. During this contact, he was given a glimpse of a famous musical artist. At the time, he had no idea that he would grow up to become the man in what was a look into the future. Geller continues with stories of the pair and their UFO encounters, including an instance of mysterious lights moving about in a field at Presley’s Graceland home.
Drescher has always been a character and boasted a fine sense of humor, but the actress shows no signs of laughter as she recounts the time she witnessed aliens during a drive with her father. This was no pass-by encounter, though, as Drescher is adamant that the xenos implanted a chip on her hand. Drescher goes so far as to claim that she and her now ex-husband Peter Marc Jacobson shared the same experience as he, too, had the same experience and bore the same scar. While Peter believes the scar is something far less sinister, the actress points to alien programming, telling her ex “that’s what the aliens programmed us to think.”
As the wife of Japan’s Prime Minister-elect, it’s figured for Miyuki to be straight-laced, but the former actress, stylist, interior designer, and cookbook author happens to have quite a bit to say about alien abductions. In fact, she seems to be an expert on the matter considering she claims to have been abducted. Sometime in the 1980’s, Miyuki believes she was abducted by a triangular-shaped UFO and traveled straight to Venus. She described the planet as “very green,” which contradicts imagery of a more orange surface. Was Miyuki dreaming or was she maybe transported to Venus during a different timeline?
When it comes to Area 51, some of the wildest stories seem to surface. Take, for instance, Blink-182 member, Tom DeLonge, who has his own tale surrounding the mysterious military base. Known for being a UFO and ET expert, DeLonge has spoken out on the matter of otherworldly life often, but his most interesting story is a personal one. While camping outside of Area 51 and after attempting to communicate with xenos via thought, DeLonge woke up at 3 a.m. to a strange, illegible conversation outside of his tent and his body charged with static electricity.
David Bowie was quite the colorful character, so it should come as no surprise that he had quite the obsession with UFOs and UFO cover-ups. Bowie was known to even write lyrics and songs based around his love for intelligent life in our universe. The singer’s fascination with UFOs occurred at a young age, when he would co-publish a UFO newsletter based on the encounters he had. One of his more profound experiences came while traveling the English countryside. Bowie and his friend took notice to an object hovering above a field, though he later stated that what he saw was not actually an object, but an image his mind developed in order to make sense of the doorways that extend beyond our dimensions.
Heche’s alien encounter is a little different than what you’d expect. Instead of being visited by some celestial being, Heche believed that she had an ET alter ego named Celestia. Hailing from the fourth dimension, Celestia came from a place of peace and equality. According to Heche, her breakdown after splitting from Ellen DeGeneres was at the hands of Celestia. Heche, or Celestia, claimed to be a reincarnation of God and even spoke in a foreign tongue that she shared during an interview with Barbara Walters. Celestia also claimed to receive messages from her planet on how to make Earth a better place.
Long before his music blared from your radio, Lupe Fiasco says he was being visited by extraterrestrial beings. At age 11, Lupe claims to have experienced his first visit. While lying in bed one day, a young Lupe woke up feeling like he was surrounding by electricity. As his body experienced this series of shocks, he looked outside of his bedroom window and caught a glimpse of a black disc that hovered in his view for a moment before flying off. To prove his encounter actually happened, Lupe points to a scar on the bottom of his ankle, stating it was left by the aliens that visited him.
Here’s a fun fact you may not know about musician Robbie Williams – he was once overweight. Oh… and he had an obsession with UFOs and aliens! After getting burnt out on his career, Williams sought to sink his interests into something else, and an encounter he claims to have had after writing “Arizona,” a song about alien abduction. While at his studio, after wrapping up the aptly themed song, Williams states he was visited by a UFO. Not frightened by the incident, he described the experience as “magic.” In 2012, reports claimed Williams even sought to purchase White Rock Island as his own personal UFO hunting spot.
